Advanced set-up must be booked early via the Exhibitor Store. Additional costs apply, and approval by the technical department is required.

Set-Up and Dismantling – Static Display Area
The timetable for the set-up and dismantling of mobile structures and for the positioning of aircraft within the Static Display Area will be planned separately, based on technical and logistical requirements. Until then, the above-mentioned timetable applies. Construction and design must be completed by 16:00 on 09 June 2026. Dismantling can begin at 17:00 on 14 June 2026 at the earliest.
Set-Up and Dismantling – Defence Park
Special set-up and dismantling regulations apply to the Defence Park area. Set-up on the main road (between Hall D and Defence Park) is only permitted one day before the show begins. Dismantling must start on 14 June 2026 at the earliest and be completed by midnight.

Soft dismantling – small boxes only, hand carry only (Supplier Hall A only). Access for cars/vans up to 6 m length, access deposit required
14 June 2026 18:00 - 22:00
Van access only, max. 6 m length from 19:30
15 - 17 June 2026 07:00 - 22:00
Truck access from 11:00
18 June 2026 18:00
Deadline for dismantling chalet structures
Dismantling before these times is not permitted. Any failure to adhere to this rule may result in a fine imposed by the organiser.
