Mandatory fees & additional conditions at a glance
AUMA fee: 0.60 € per m²
0.60 € per square metre of exhibition space goes to the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA). Surcharge areas do not count.
ILA Media Package: 850 € (mandatory)
The ILA Media Package is mandatory for all exhibitors. It ensures your profile in the exhibitor directory, the ILA Show Guide, and the ILA App. For multiple space bookings, the fee is charged only once. Each co-exhibitor is charged 400 €.
Early bird discount: 5% until 31.03.2027
Register by 31 March 2027 and receive a 5 percent discount on stand rental. Stand construction, surcharges, the AUMA fee and the Media Package are excluded from the discount.
Free exhibitor passes
Up to 20 m² of exhibition space you receive three free passes, then one more per additional 10 m². Example: 40 m² yields 5 passes, a single chalet with 100 m² yields 11.
Aircraft in the static display
Additional charges may apply when registering aircraft. They are shown separately during registration and are not part of the stand rental calculator.
