Questions to help you prepare
What assistance will I need on site?
Tell the team your visitor day and any questions about step-free routes, wheelchair access, accessible toilets, quiet areas or assistance so they can respond to your specific needs.
What about tickets and accompanying persons?
People with a valid severe disability card (Schwerbehindertenausweis) can buy a reduced ticket. If the card bears the mark “B”, one accompanying person receives free admission; the ticket help desk on site issues the ticket. All ticket rules are in the ticket help desk; prices and the start of sales for 2028 will follow.
How do I plan travel and parking?
Specific shuttle and parking services for 2028 will follow. Ask about accessible transport options and the route from your arrival point to the entrance.
