Travel by Transport Type

We generally recommend traveling by public transport. If you are traveling by car, please note that parking tickets can only be purchased online in the ticket shop. We no longer offer on-site sales. Information about S-Bahn and U-Bahn connections and shuttle buses is still preliminary until the traffic concept has been finally approved by all authorities.

Please follow ILA signage and instructions from security personnel.

Parking tickets can only be purchased online. No on-site sales available.
Parking spaces are limited – book early!

P1 – Visitor Parking

  • For: Trade and public visitors
  • Access: via B96 – Blankenfelde / Selchow / Glasow exit
  • Cost: EUR 15 per day
  • Walking distance to venue: approx. 15 minutes
  • Tickets: Online at ILA Ticket Shop

💡 Tip: Secure your P1 parking ticket early – capacity is limited and may sell out!

P2 – Exhibitor Parking

  • For: Exhibitors and VIP ticket holders
  • Location: Directly at the event grounds (opposite West entrance)
  • Access: via B96 or B96a Selchow junction
  • Entry: parking permit required

Exhibitors: Get your parking tickets at the ILA Exhibitor Store (Exhibitor Zone)

VIP ticket holders: You will receive your P2 parking tickets by email in advance.

A10 southern Berlin ring road to Schönefeld junction → A113 exit towards Berlin → continue on A113 to Schönefeld Süd exit → follow signs to parking P2

🚌 Shuttle Bus to Event Grounds

Shuttle buses run directly from the S-Bahn stations to the ILA venue.

💡 Tip: Allow sufficient travel time. From BER Airport to the ILA venue, plan for approximately 20-30 minutes (including S-Bahn and shuttle bus).

🚆 Train Station at BER Airport

BER Airport Station – Terminal 1-2
Directly beneath Terminal 1/2 is a dedicated station with connections to S-Bahn, regional, and long-distance trains.

Direct Connections to BER

Long-distance trains (ICE/IC):
Some Intercity trains stop directly at BER station (e.g., from Rostock, Dresden/Chemnitz). Direct ICE connections to the airport are not standard in the timetable. In most cases, ICE travel requires a transfer at Berlin Hauptbahnhof (Central Station) to regional or S-Bahn services.

Regional services:
Numerous regional trains run between Berlin and BER, including:

  • FEX (Airport Express): Fastest connection from Berlin Central Station to BER in approx. 23 minutes
  • RE/RB trains: Reliable direct connections from various Berlin stations
  • S-Bahn S9/S45: Runs approx. every 20 minutes from the city center to BER (longer journey time)

Travel from Other Cities

If traveling by ICE from Cologne, Munich, Hamburg, Frankfurt, or other cities to Berlin:

  1. Transfer at Berlin Central Station or other major Berlin stations
  2. Continue with FEX (Airport Express), RE/RB trains, or S-Bahn to BER Airport

Lines S9 and S45 take you close to the ILA venue. The exit stop varies by visitor day:

🚌 Travel by Bus

Line 743 runs close to the ILA venue:

  • Route: From S Lichtenrade (S2) via S Waßmannsdorf (S9, S45) to Selchow
  • Exit: Selchow Kirche or Selchow Walter-Rieseler-Str.

💡 Note: From the Selchow bus stops, the ILA venue is within walking distance or accessible by shuttle bus. Detailed information will be published before the event.

🎫 Tickets & Fares

Travel to ILA 2026 is subject to Verkehrsverbund Berlin-Brandenburg (VBB) fare regulations.

Recommended Tickets:

  • Day ticket AB: For travel from within Berlin city limits
  • Day ticket ABC: For travel from the Berlin region (including BER Airport and Selchow)
  • Deutschlandticket: If available, covers all VBB connections
  • Group tickets: More economical for groups of 5 or more
