By accepting the ticket, selected spotters grant Messe Berlin GmbH a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free and transferable right to use all images taken during their visit to ILA Berlin 2026 for communication, press, PR and marketing purposes. Use includes print, online and social media channels of Messe Berlin and its cooperation partners, and includes the right to edit and crop. The photographer will be credited where possible.
