Redeem a voucher code: five steps to your ticket.

You received a voucher code from an exhibitor, your employer or an invitation? This is how it becomes a valid ticket. Redemption happens exclusively in advance and online, not on site.

Guide

Step by step

Sample guide Process and images show the principle based on ILA 2026. At the 2028 sales start we will replace the schematic drawings with screenshots from the real ticket shop.

  1. Keep your voucher code ready

You find your code in the email it was delivered with, for example in an exhibitor invitation. Exhibitor pass codes are sent automatically by email after booking. It is best to copy the code directly from the mail.

Tip: do not copy leading or trailing spaces.

  2. Open the ticket shop

Redemption runs through the official ILA online ticket shop. We will publish the link to the 2028 shop here and in the Ticket Hub at sales start.

  3. Enter the code

Enter the voucher code into the voucher field in the ticket shop and confirm. The shop then shows the ticket the code is valid for. A code can usually be used once and may be tied to a ticket type or a specific day.

Watch out for similar characters: 0 and O as well as I and l are easily mixed up.

  4. Personalise the ticket

Enter the details of the person attending with this ticket. Passes and tickets are personalised and non-transferable; passing them on or reselling them is prohibited.

  5. Receive your ticket and bring it along

After completing the process you receive your ticket digitally. Have it ready on show day, easiest on your smartphone. Remember your proof if your ticket requires one, for example for discounts.

Based on the ILA 2026 rules: ticket sales and voucher redemption ran exclusively in advance and online; there were no box offices on site.

If something goes wrong

The code does not work?

The shop says the code is invalid.
Check the input character by character; the safest way is to copy it again directly from the email. Sometimes the problem lies with the browser, so that valid codes are wrongly rejected as invalid; in that case, try again in a different browser. If the message persists, the code may already be redeemed or intended for a different ticket type or day. When in doubt, ask the party that gave you the code.
I am still stuck.
Then the ticketing team helps: use the contact form in the ticket help desk and state where the code came from and which message the shop shows. This lets the team check the code directly.
