Israel is facing a long range ballistic missile threat that is evolving in range accuracy, quantity and other challenging aspects.
The arrow weapon system is operational since 2000 as the main defense system against the ballistic threats, the new Arrow3 interceptor introduce an innovative approach for an exoatmospheric solution which will enlarge the interception envelope as well as increase the interception opportunities.
The presentation will describe the evolving of the Arrow3 interceptor from the basic requirements to the concept of the design, it will focus on the basic concept of the interceptor such as the dual stage rocket motor the concept of divert in the space as well as the full computability to the Arrow weapon system

The intelligence cycle is highly human intensive. The human factor is almost always the limiting factor. Implementing automation as part of the intelligence cycle can be a power multiplication in improving the process efficiency and products.

Adi Dulberg is the Deputy General Manager of IAI ELTA's SIGINT, EW and Communication Division since 2017. Adi joined IAI ELTA in 2011 and served in various management positions, including from 2013-2017 as Director of ELTA's Wide Area Persistent Surveillance (WAPS) program. From 2008-2010 Adi served as the CEO of Chip PC, a leading virtual desktop company and from 2007-2008 Adi server as the CEO and board member of Zettapoint (acquired by EMC), a database management software startup . Prior to that, in 1998 Adi founded NextNine (acquired by Honeywell), a technical support automation software startup, where he was a board member and held several executive positions including VP R&D and CTO, VP business development, VP professional services and as the CEO from 2003-2007. From 1994-1998 Adi served as a senior system engineer at IAI ELTA. Adi holds a BSc. degree in Mathematics and Physics from the Hebrew University.
