NIPSE or Novel Integration of Powerplant System Equipment is a research and innovation project in the field of aeronautical engineering, coordinated by SAFRAN Nacelles.

The NIPSE project addresses the challenges linked to novel aircraft engine architectures, in particular to UHBR (Ultra-High Bypass Ratio) engines, and the integration of these engine systems into the aircraft nacelle.

It brings together a consortium of 10 partners from 5 European countries, with various background and complementary expertise, enabling them to come up with a comprehensive approach and all the necessary know-how to achieve the ambitious goals of the NIPSE project.
