Current Topic: Remote Audits in Aerospace
Maintain or transfer your certificates via partial or full Remote Audits
In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the IAGQ will allow Certification Bodies to conduct remote audits when possible.
In March 2020 the IAQG announced that it is possible to conduct remote (virtual) audits for AS/EN 9100 series surveillance audits, recertification audits and transfer audits. In addition, 30% of initial audits may be conducted remotely. Read here how BSI can help to maintain or transfer your certificates in time.
ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) for the aerospace industry
The aerospace industry is undergoing huge growth and rapid digital transformation. Flight safety and security have always been of paramount importance and the industry has historically had a good security record and reputation. However, digitalization and the adoption of emerging technologies have increased the risk of information and cybersecurity threats.
The need for users to access the data remotely, and via multiple systems, there is the added dependence on data and connectivity, leading to increased risk of attack. And that’s where ISO/IEC 27001 can help.
