The global economic crisis also affects the aerospace industry. It is thus essential to present the aerospace industry as a sector that pursues a sustainable human resources policy. Some 2,000 vacancies for aerospace engineers in Germany in April 2009 have revealed the necessity for a CareerCenter at the ILA Berlin Air Show 2010.
The CareerCenter is ILA’s central forum for all aspects of human resources and recruiting. It is also a superb platform for small and medium-sized companies.
